DOTC invites bids for P2.5-B Southwest transport terminal

The Southwest Terminal, which will have a site area of 2.9 hectares, will connect passengers coming from Cavite to other urban transport systems such as the future LRT-1 South Extension, city bus, taxi and other public utility vehicles plying Metro Manila. (Another added advantage to Lancaster New City residents)

CALA (Cavite Laguna Expressway) to pass right beside Lancaster

The CALA project is for bid acceptance by January 2014. This 47 km expressway starts from CAVITEX and ends at Mamplasan interchange of South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).

Strategically located, Lancaster is right beside the expressway--another accessibility advantage aside from the existing routes.
