Requirements:
REAL ESTATE SALES AGENTS

• We accept under graduates (at least 2 yrs in college) •
• Candidates should have strong determination to succeed •
• Applicants should be from Metro Manila or Cavite area or Pampanga area
   (if from Pampanga--preferably from or near Mexico) •
• Candidates should be willing to work on commission basis (starting at 3% per sale) •
• Applicants should have high motivation to work, meet and accompany clients on site
   viewing trips •
• Should have high motivation to work with clients via phone, SMS, chat, or email •
• Sales experience is an advantage, though not necessary •
• As 80% of our sales come from the web, applicant should be computer literate
   and able to access the internet •
• With strong desire to earn & learn •
