House Construction

CONSTRUCTION VIDEO
The houses we market are made of Precast Wall Panels  ('buhos') able to stand pressure of about 2,750 to 5,000 psi, under  strict quality assurance guidelines.   In comparison, Concrete Hollow Blocks are mostly rated from 200 to 500 psi.  Contractor's own batching plant is within the development site which cuts mixer travel time and assures on-site pouring quality attainment as far as time factor is concerned (note that allowable time for fresh concrete mix is only 90 minutes, after which its quality and workability suffers).  PCP wall technology enables the developer--Property Company of Friends, Inc. to position in the market and deliver the houses on time without sacrificing quality.  Precast structural members are designed "wall-flushed" where possible thereby minimizing protruded members and thus contributing to the aesthetics of the houses.  Well-planned, well-designed electrical and plumbing installations are included in the cast eliminating the need to make breaks on walls and screeding floors which are common construction practices locally.

The subdivisions have design-sized culverts laid to accommodate terrain storm water volume.  Drainage network collect storm water for channeling to tributary rivers downstream.  Past storms attest to the efficiency of the said drainage network.
