A 44.6-kilometer, 4-lane toll road between the Cavite Expressway in Kawit, Cavite and the South Luzon Expressway-Mamplasan Interchange in Biñan, Laguna, to pass right beside Lancaster New City in Cavite. Concession agreement signed Friday, July 10, 2015
The Southwest Terminal, which will have a site area of 2.9 hectares, will connect passengers coming from Cavite to other urban transport systems such as the future LRT-1 South Extension, city bus, taxi and other public utility vehicles plying Metro Manila. (Another added advantage to Lancaster New City residents)
The CALA project is for bid acceptance by January 2014. This 47 km expressway starts from CAVITEX and ends at Mamplasan interchange of South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
Strategically located, Lancaster is right beside the expressway--another accessibility advantage aside from the existing routes.
Daang Hari-SLEx Link Road Concession Agreement signed.
Another advantage to Bellefort Estates as it is very near Daang-Hari!
